They then explained that the dealership would have to refund my money because of the shortcoming/end of lease terms.

I paid off a lease a few months in advance but then received an email back in October about the dealership buying out leases and used vehicles, so I checked out their selection and decided to move forward with a lease toward a new RAV4. Please never lease or purchase a vehicle from this location and avoid trading your car in here at all costs.

Poor service.I've been a Tansky customer for a little over six years and will never return for another vehicle again. It took two technicians and 15 minutes before it was figured out. I had to go back to dealership with perishable items melting to ask for help with maintainence notice. Well, the instructions he gave me did not work. He rushed through directions as I attempted to write them down, telling me several times how simple it was.

Service rep told me how simple it was to do it. I asked for the instructions because my service light comes on prematurely. I tried using instructions given to me by the service rep at check in. I went to the store across the street and bought perishable and frozen items only to discover upon driving home that the service person had not reset my maintainence notice.

Two plus hours later, and after several inquiries as to what was taking so long, I got my car. I declined other services so it was a simple, straightfoward oil change.

I arrived promptly at 11 for my oil change. Having being reminded I would expect my job to be done in a timely manner. I was reminded of my 11 appt twice by Toyota-I believe once by phone and maybe once by email.
